Studio Catering

Includes

Reserved an event space at Tucson Hop Shop? Enjoy your own party while we take care of dinner. Our pizza concierge will set up a pizza buffet in your event space, while our culinary crew crafts appetizers, salads, and fresh baked pizzas from our studio for up to 2 hours. 25 guest minimum applies to all studio catering.

Off-Site Catering

Includes

Having an event and need to feed a crowd? Our pizza truck can bring the pizzeria to you. We offer pizza buffets for large gatherings, or individual pizza options for employees lunches, and smaller events. We also offer tray passed appetizers, salads, beverages, and much more. Pizza packages starting at only $12 per guest. Destination fees (outside pima county)Taxes and a 20% culinary team gratuity not reflected in pricing.

CHARCUTERIE

Includes

Gather your guest around the board or grazing table and allow them the pleasure of discovering unique culinary combinations to please every palate. Featuring fresh fruit, craft cheeses, delectable snacks, local honey and jams, and our chef curated selection of cured meats. Every board is unique and designed to match your events vibe. 

$250 per 25 guests

BOOKING INFORMATION 

An initial deposit of $250 is required to secure the truck for your date selection. This deposit is fully refundable until close of business (8:30 PM) 30 days before the event. The deposit will be applied towards the final invoice based on a final guest count to be provided 72 hours before the event date. A final invoice will be sent based on this final guest count and is required to be paid 24 hours before the service date and time. The Ciao Down pizza truck carries a $2,000,000 insurance policy and is pleased to provide a certificate of insurance upon the venues request. All requests should provide the venues name, address, and any additionally insured. All requests must be sent one month prior to the event.
